"At least you tried and you approached to a point where people tell you that you did well" said the most humble professor to Nicole, a 16 year short heighted blonde girl . Nicole just lost a competition by 2 points because of her less expensive but more creative costume. she was preparing for the act from past 2 years and was extremely well at the speech and her facial expressions can make everyone emotional and teary at the end of the hour.

She approached the management,other competitors,judges,everyone present there but she was left with only one conclusion that her act was best of all but her costume was less expensive and there she was unfairly made to loose. 

Well, she approached the garden and sat down in the shade of the maple tree which had already shed half of its leafs. It was end week of october and winter was approaching,taking over the burning summer. There was nobody,nobody that can help her to have justice. It was only her cheering up herself . When the whole of her mind was occupied by the competition , an orange maple leaf fell on her lap and rested. Rested until she picked her up as if a child just a day old. Fragile,beautiful but dead. Nicole was poetic and she was way too good in literature. Now she knew why she lost. she thought: 

" Autumn is so beautiful;yet everything is dying. I approached everyone just like the maple leafs getting noticed and are always complimented that they are so beautiful. But what can one do to make them green again. sometimes staying orange has its own beauty just like today not winning has its own charm for me! The winters are approaching and as a result the maple leafs got to fall. Something in this universe is approaching me as well, and today I need to identify the call and wait for my-winter-like-period to come up. Its approaching, and its the approach that matters!
